Digital marketing and B2B sales expert. Built digital departments at Sanofi, Roche, and Neckermann. Before leaving corporate to start a B2B lead generation company, as eCommerce Pillar Leader at 3M he was responsible for online sales activities in 47 countries across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Created his LinkedIn account in 2006 and since 2016 has been actively implementing sales programs using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and proprietary software.

For over 24 years, he has been involved in digital marketing. He founded and led digital departments at Sanofi, Roche, Neckermann, Philips, and 3M. Winner of Effie, Golden Arrow, and Mixx Awards for the most effective marketing campaigns. Three times on the podium at I Love Marketing & Technology.
He created his LinkedIn account in 2006, and 10 years later received an email asking him to conduct the first corporate LinkedIn Sales Navigator implementation for 700 accounts in 17 countries. He became so fascinated with LinkedIn that he left the corporate world to focus on implementing it in companies.
Privately, he works as a social activist, father of four children, one of whom struggles with mental health crises. His TEDx talk “Depression is a kidnapper of our children” was recognized by TED in the TOP10 health talks. He is an expert on the Polish Ombudsman’s team and since 2024 on the UNICEF and Children’s Rights Ombudsman team.
