What will you learn in the Sales Navigator training?

You will learn practical Sales Navigator account management, lead searching and finding the right decision-makers at your clients. 80% of the time is spent working on your own account and theory is kept to a minimum.

  • Social Selling vs traditional sales process - why it's not worth being a sales crocodile and why every B2B salesperson must have, according to their boss, eight hands and how to do it. We'll discuss online vs offline processes and answer the question why it's not worth writing to the CEO but better to the manager.
  • Lead organization and prioritization - Efficient searching for new clients, creating and managing company and lead lists. All 23 filters and their best combinations. Using lead suggestions to build your network, defining buyer personas and setting up alerts when someone meeting your criteria appears on the platform.
  • Boolean Search - sounds complicated but it's operations on OR, AND operators, parentheses and quotes to create union and intersection sets. You had this in high school and it's worth remembering because it works not only on LinkedIn but also in Google or any search engine.
  • Advanced Sales Navigator tools - Working with InMail function (how to write effective messages), new AI tools introduced in 2025: Lead IQ, Message Assist and Sales Assistant
  • Lead value assessment - Who wants to buy something from us (buyer intent), mapping the buying committee at the client, competitor analysis and SWOT. In short: how not to waste energy on leads that won't buy from us.
  • B2B relationship building strategies - From whom can we get a recommendation at this client (warm referrals), creating effective InMail campaigns, Smart Links so you can see who opens your offer.
