§ 1. Definitions

  • Contact Form - A form on the rafalszymanski.pl website for contacting the Service Provider.
  • Order Form - A form on the rafalszymanski.pl website for placing Orders.
  • Client - A person using the functionality of the Online Store.
  • Consumer - An individual performing a legal act not related to business or professional activity.
  • Product - Physical or digital goods or services in the Online Store.
  • Regulations - These Online Store regulations.
  • Entrepreneur with consumer rights - An individual entering into a service agreement unrelated to their profession.
  • Online Store - The store at rafalszymanski.pl.
  • Service Provider – B2B Marketing.AI Rafał Szymański, Budkiewicza 28A, 05-091 Ząbki, Poland.
  • Sales Agreement – A Product sales agreement concluded via the Online Store.
  • Electronic Service – A service provided electronically.
  • Service Recipient – A person using the Electronic Service.
  • Order - Client’s declaration of intent constituting an offer to conclude a Sales Agreement.
  • Contact Point - Address manager@b2bmarketing.ai for contacting the Service Provider.

§ 2. General Provisions

The Regulations specify the terms of Sales Agreements, complaint procedures, withdrawal from agreements, and rules for providing services electronically.

  • The Service Recipient must comply with the Regulations.
  • In matters not covered, Polish law applies.
  • Contact Point: manager@b2bmarketing.ai (communication in Polish or English).

§ 3. Conclusion of the Sales Agreement

The store sells products online. Products are free from physical and legal defects.

  • Information on the website does not constitute an offer under the law.
  • Product prices include VAT, excluding delivery costs.
  • Orders are placed online after accepting the Regulations.
  • The Service Provider informs about changes in essential contract terms.
  • The sales agreement is concluded upon placing an Order.

§ 5. Payment Methods

  • Payments are handled by Easytools (operator: Stripe).
  • The client must pay within 3 business days from concluding the Sales Agreement.

§ 6. Product Complaints

Complaints should be directed to manager@b2bmarketing.ai or in writing to the Service Provider’s address.

  • The Service Provider will respond to complaints within 14 days.

§ 7. Right of Withdrawal

The client has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days.

  • Payment refund within 14 days of withdrawal.
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply in certain cases (e.g., services fully performed with the Client’s consent).

§ 8. Type and Scope of Electronic Services

The Service Provider enables the conclusion of Product Sales Agreements and the provision of Electronic Services in accordance with the Regulations.

§ 9. Conditions for Providing and Concluding Agreements for Electronic Services

  • Electronic Services are free of charge.
  • Technical requirements: computer with Internet, browser, Cookies, and Javascript.

Complaints should be submitted to manager@b2bmarketing.ai.

§ 11. Intellectual Property

Content in the Online Store is the property of the Service Provider.

§ 12. Product Reviews

The store does not allow publication of product reviews.

§ 13. Final Provisions

Agreements are concluded in accordance with Polish law. Disputes will be resolved amicably, and in case of disagreement, by the competent common court.
