Internet Beta
"A cult marketing conference, I appeared on it several times with presentations about LinkedIn for Startups, mainly focused on B2B sales and Sales Navigator. Later with Łukasz we did a social project, so trust and recommendations work both ways."
Is three times a lot? Rafał appeared at Internet Beta three times and I laughed that many times, was surprised and embarrassed. I laughed at LinkedIn jokes, because it doesn’t have to be stiff and the startup environment around Beta isn’t like that. I was surprised that LinkedIn shown by Rafał is not just an account and Social Media platform, but also a good place for building B2B relationships. What was I embarrassed about? That every year Rafał reminded me to get my LinkedIn in order. And what did I do? Nothing. But it’s not Rafał’s fault, whose advice is valuable and really rare (like hair on my head), but because I’m lazy. Rafał isn’t. Rafał just delivers! Presentation on time, always delivered on time, with dynamics, jokes, but above all with content that can be applied in practice. Looking for a LinkedIn Speaker? Or a Trainer (with capital T) - you found him! Take Rafał!

About Internet Beta
Internet Beta is one of Poland’s most respected marketing and technology conferences, known for its intimate atmosphere and high-quality speaker lineup. Held annually in the Subcarpathian region, the event has earned a cult following among marketers, startup founders, and digital professionals who value substance over spectacle. The conference intentionally limits attendance to maintain a community feel where speakers and participants interact freely between sessions — and often well into the evening.
LinkedIn for startups — a recurring theme
My presentations at Internet Beta focused on how startups can leverage LinkedIn for B2B sales, with particular emphasis on Sales Navigator as a tool for identifying and reaching decision-makers. The startup audience brought specific challenges: limited budgets, small teams, and the need for rapid results. Each session was tailored to these constraints, offering lean approaches to LinkedIn prospecting that a two-person founding team could implement without hiring a dedicated sales department.
Three appearances and a social project
Returning to Internet Beta three times speaks to the trust built with the organizers and the audience alike. What began as a professional speaking engagement evolved into a deeper collaboration. Together with conference organizer Lukasz Bis, we later worked on a social project — proof that authentic professional relationships can extend well beyond the conference stage. This mutual trust and willingness to support each other’s initiatives is precisely what makes the Internet Beta community special.
Why the conference format matters
Internet Beta demonstrates that smaller, focused conferences can deliver more lasting value than mega-events with thousands of attendees. The tight-knit format encourages genuine conversations, follow-up collaborations, and long-term professional relationships. For speakers, it means presenting to an audience that comes prepared with questions and stays engaged throughout — a format that rewards practical, implementation-ready content over polished but superficial keynotes.
