LinkedIn Local
"I support the LinkedIn Local initiative and I'm always happy when I get an invitation to speak. I appreciate the organizers' trust, because each of them is an expert in LinkedIn and carefully selects speakers. I appeared several times at LinkedIn Local Warsaw, LinkedIn Local Poznań, LinkedIn Local Kraków and LinkedIn Local Łódź."

What is LinkedIn Local
LinkedIn Local is a global grassroots movement where LinkedIn users meet in person to build genuine relationships beyond the digital platform. Each event is independently organized by local LinkedIn enthusiasts who curate the agenda and handpick speakers. The format varies — from intimate meetups of twenty people to larger gatherings with multiple presentations and networking sessions. What unites them all is the emphasis on authenticity and real conversation rather than sales pitches or corporate presentations.
Multiple appearances across Poland
Over the years, I have been invited to speak at LinkedIn Local events in four major Polish cities: Warsaw, Poznan, Krakow, and Lodz. Each event had a different audience and a different character — Warsaw events tend to attract corporate professionals and entrepreneurs, Poznan draws a strong startup community, Krakow brings tech and creative industry professionals, and Lodz gathers a diverse mix of business owners and marketing specialists. Adapting the presentation to each local context is part of what makes these appearances both challenging and rewarding.
Why organizers’ trust matters
What sets LinkedIn Local apart from typical conferences is that the organizers themselves are accomplished LinkedIn practitioners. They evaluate speakers not just on expertise but on the ability to deliver genuine, actionable value. Being repeatedly invited signals that the content resonates with audiences who deal with LinkedIn on a daily basis. Each organizer has their own network and reputation at stake, so the selection process is rigorous — there are no filler slots or paid speaking opportunities.
The community effect
LinkedIn Local events create a unique feedback loop. Attendees implement advice from presentations, share their results online, and the conversation continues long after the event ends. Several long-term professional relationships and even business partnerships have originated from connections made during these meetups. The format proves that LinkedIn is ultimately about people, and the strongest professional networks are still built through face-to-face interaction.
