"The Office of the Patient Rights Ombudsman was the first government institution I started cooperating with at the beginning of 2018. Minister Bartłomiej Chmielowiec together with the team, including Mr. Grzegorz Błażewicz, head of the Mental Health Team, and Ms. Anna Panufnik‑Onyszkiewicz, Head of the Hospital Psychiatric Ombudsman Team, as well as the main and senior mental health specialist, strongly supported all activities aimed at improving the situation of patients in psychiatric wards for children and youth and their parents. One of the first effects was a list of centers offering support for parents of children with mental problems, available in hospitals thanks to patient rights ombudsmen. I also participated in conferences and meetings organized by the Office."
